The splint comes with Palmar support, and bracelet included in the price, a shown in the pictures.

Each splint is custom made with the sizes provided, 100% handmade by our jeweller Fabiano.Our goal is for you to get a splint that supports your joint correctly and fits great, we offer resizes for no cost if needed (restrictions apply, resizing more than two sizes up or down will have a cost).
